Yes, that simple. Keep a small register. Every time a customer visits, note down:

  • Their name

  • Phone number

  • The service they took

Next month, when it's time for that service again, send them a simple WhatsApp:

"Hi [Name], last month you did a haircut with us. We have a new style now. Would love to see you again."

No one does this consistently. And this small habit makes you different from every other salon.
